OBLIGATIONS OF PATIENTS AND SESSIONS

With your entry in the Hospital, we judge necessary you know that:

·         Are prohibited any wage in the personnel of Hospital for the offered services

·         The expenses of hospitalisation of patients are covered by their actuarial funds with producing of required supporting documents

·         For the destitutes is required producing of certificate of query.

·         Is strictly prohibited the smoking in all the spaces of Hospital.

·         The smoking and the visiting-card are checked by the personnel of safety of Hospital.

·         Information on the course of health of patients is given by the medical personnel according to the program of each clinic.

·         We ask your comprehension and your collaboration for questions that concern the smoking and the schedule of visiting-card.

·        The respect of personality of workers, patients and visitors helps all.

RIGHTS OF PATIENTS

The patient has the right of

·         approach in the Services of Hospital, most suitable for the nature of his illness.

·         benefit of care in this with the owed respect in his human dignity.

·         acceptance or deny of each diagnostics or therapeutic action that is to be held in this.

·         asking information for anything it concerns his situation

·         information  itself completely and beforehand, for the dangers that are probably presented or they result from reason of application in this extraordinary or experimental diagnostic and therapeutic action. The application of this action in the patient takes place only after consent of himself.

·         protection of his private life. The confidential character of information and content of documents that concerning, file of medical notes and discoveries, should be guaranteed.

·         respect and recognition of his religious and ideological convictions. Also he must be informed completely on the energies and results of medical actions.
